Please read these Terms completely and carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will not be able to access or use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Trade Crypto ("we," "us," or "our").

Trade Crypto provides a cryptocurrency trading platform that enables users to engage in cryptocurrency transactions, manage digital assets, and access trading tools and information.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no further promises made by us around availability of our services. Your ability to use the Platform may be impacted by our business operations, regulatory changes, or regulatory actions.
We are not a financial institution, bank, credit union, trust, hedge fund, broker, or investment or financial advisor. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
To use our Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) and compliance checks at any time. Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.
By completing and confirming an order, you enter into a cryptocurrency purchase or sale agreement. Orders are executed at the current exchange rate, which is variable and constantly changing with respect to the cryptocurrency market situation.
Our exchange rates are dynamic and may differ from rates displayed at the time of order initiation. The actual exchange rate applied will be the rate at the time of order execution. Exchange rates displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change.
Once an order is submitted, it may not be cancelled without our consent. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading fees, withdrawal fees (5%), and any other charges as disclosed on the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Trade Crypto and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Crypto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trade Crypto and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another.
We make no representation or warranty that the services are permissible for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of any relevant jurisdiction of your residence.
By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. All modifications or changes to these Terms are in force and enforceable immediately upon posting. The revised Terms supersede any prior versions immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the revised Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Platform and close your account.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade Crypto regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
